Ph.D. students at AMC Engineering College have garnered numerous awards for their outstanding achievements across diverse fields.

AMCEC hosts 8 research centers spanning various departments and domains, all affiliated with and approved by VTU, Belagavi. Each center is well-equipped with the necessary facilities and provides a conducive environment for research scholars and students to pursue their research endeavors.

The activities of the research teams include:

• Identifying student projects with potential for product development

• Actively engaging in product development

• Seeking research funding through various Government schemes such as KSCST and VGST.

MCA:

• The MCA department was established in 2000.

• The Master of Computer Applications program is affiliated with VTU, approved by AICTE, accredited by NBA, and recognized by the Government of India.

• MCA (lateral entry) commenced in 2013 under VTU.

MCA Course Objectives:

• Provide skilled technical professionals for modern technology-based industries.

• Train graduates for excellence in Application Development, System Development, Project Management, and Entrepreneurship.
