BMS Institute of Technology offers a wide array of professional courses, encompassing both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Established in 2002-2003, it initially began with three engineering departments and later expanded to include other major programs like TCE, EEE, and ISE. Additionally, PG programs such as M Tech in Computer Science & Engineering and Machine Design were introduced, along with various research programs conducted at different research centers. With a highly qualified faculty, including over thirty members holding doctoral degrees and forty pursuing the same, the institute prioritizes contemporary and competitive teaching methods. Learner-centric approaches are emphasized to ensure effective learning, supported by well-equipped laboratories and around 800 network-connected computers with licensed software. To provide exposure to emerging technologies, the institute organizes industrial visits and technical talks by experts from reputed industries and research organizations. Students are encouraged to engage in creative, technical, and research activities, resulting in commendable performance in university examinations.
BMS Institute of Technology implements Outcome Based Education (OBE), emphasizing learner-centric methods such as cooperative and collaborative learning. Students engage in project-based learning, fostering innovation and interdisciplinary skills, often through industry-attached labs.

  • Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
