Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering provides exceptional support through its placement division to ensure all students have access to job opportunities. The center collaborates with the Centre for Innovation & Leadership (CIL) and the HR Division to offer pre-placement soft skills training, preparing students for contemporary corporate demands.
Additionally, the college's Placement Division conducts training sessions in CV writing, aptitude assessment, mock interviews, group discussions, and other essential areas. Internship opportunities across various industries are available for interested undergraduate and postgraduate students. DSCE is committed to supplying top-tier talent to industries, and the Placement Division works closely with industries to foster students' holistic development in alignment with industry standards.
DSCE's Placement Training activities include:
- Arranging aptitude training programs to enhance students' quantitative, verbal, logical, and reasoning abilities.
- Conducting soft-skills training sessions to boost personality, confidence, and public speaking skills, and facilitating mock interviews and group discussions.
- Hosting subject/domain-specific experts to provide technical skill training and guidance for further studies.
- Organizing entrepreneurship development programs to inspire students to explore entrepreneurial careers.
For over three decades, Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering has partnered with numerous companies to offer internships and placements to students. Each year, more than 100 companies visit the campus for placements. The college has established Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with over 30 companies to support students with projects, internships, industrial visits, research, and placements.
