Biotechnology: The B.Tech program in Biotechnology at PESIT (PES University) spans four years and encompasses Bioprocess Engineering, Cell and Molecular Biotechnology, Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, and Medical and Environmental Biotechnology. The curriculum is designed to tackle sustainable challenges in areas such as energy, environment, health, food, water, and sustainability, appealing to adventurous individuals keen on addressing pressing issues faced by mankind.

Civil Engineering: The B.Tech program in Civil Engineering at PESIT (PES University) was initiated in 2012 with the aim of fostering academic excellence and research endeavors among students. The college has crafted a curriculum aligned with industry standards to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Computer Science and Engineering: The B.Tech program in Computer Science and Engineering at PES University aims to cultivate globally competitive students for the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry. The college prepares students for postgraduate education or immediate entry into the workforce. The curriculum is regularly updated to include contemporary topics such as Web 2.0, data analytics, cloud computing, mobile systems engineering, and Web technologies. Master of Computer Applications (MCA): The Department of MCA at BMSIT was established in the academic year 2003-04 with an approved intake of 60 students. It comprises a team of well-qualified, experienced, and dedicated faculty members. The computer laboratories are equipped with high-end computers and servers, along with necessary licensed software. The department boasts state-of-the-art facilities. Notably, students from the department secured the 2nd and 5th ranks in the VTU examinations for the year 2012, marking the third consecutive year of achieving university ranks.

M.E/ M.Tech in Manufacturing Science: This is a four-semester course focusing on the advancements and practical aspects of manufacturing engineering. The curriculum is designed to prepare students for industrial roles and further studies abroad. Seminars and projects within the course are overseen by highly experienced, internationally renowned professors, enabling students to excel in their chosen area of manufacturing engineering. Research areas include Surface Engineering, Metal Matrix Composites, Polymer Composites, and Friction Stir Welding.

M.E/ M.Tech in VLSI Design & Embedded Systems: The M.Tech program in VLSI Design and Embedded Systems at PES University is a two-year (four-semester) master's program designed for students interested in the rapidly evolving field of VLSI circuit design. The program equips students with comprehensive knowledge of the latest technologies and the skills necessary to apply this knowledge in designing VLSI systems.
