The Training and Placement Department at BNMIT is committed to developing an effective recruitment system aimed at nurturing a reliable pool of talent capable of upholding an organization's values. This department oversees campus placements for final year B.E., M.Tech, and MBA students, consistently achieving successful placements in prestigious companies year after year.

BNMIT's placement cell has devised a comprehensive training program tailored to meet the diverse requirements of various industries, thereby enhancing students' performance. The training methodology includes:

First-year students undergo an induction program, regular technical English classes, innovative project labs, and T5 programs to boost self-confidence.
Second-year students receive regular business communication classes and TW5 programs for aptitude training in quantitative, analytical, and logical reasoning, alongside innovative project labs.
Third-year students undergo technical training in C, DBMS, OOPS, JAVA, along with Industry Interaction Programs, Skill Development Programs, and internships.
Final-year students participate in Employability assessment, campus drives, pre-placement programs, industry interfaces, and campus recruitments.

The placement program at BNM Institute of Technology has been highly successful, with students excelling in interviews thanks to the comprehensive training provided.
